Lui Sitama #12

Sitama was born in Samoa but considers Lacey, Washington as his hometown. He graduated from River Ridge High School in 2015 and did shot put, discus, and javelin on the track and field team. While in high school he played rugby for the Budd Bay Barbarians, which gained him an invitation to the USA Rugby U20 Camp in 2015 and 2016.

Lui attended American International College from 2015-2020 graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Digital of Arts with a minor in Communications. He was involved in both rugby 15s and 7s and helped the team achieve a ranking of 2nd nationally in rugby sevens in 2019. He also was named the top back at the Nationals that year. Lui also played club 7s as part of the Washington Athletic Club team and helped the team win the 2019 National Championship.
