Paddy Ryan #1

Ryan started his career with Highland RFC and moved onto Dolphin RFC afterwards. He was an integral part of the Munster Academy, and earned time with the Munster A Side as well.

He signed his first professional contract with Rugby Viadana (Italy). After making 5 appearances for the organization, he joined the London Welsh. Between 2015 and 2017 Ryan played for both Libourne Athletic Union and Newcastle Falcons in the English Premiership.

He made his first appearance for the US National Team in 2017, when he came on as a replacement against Ireland.  Two weeks later he made his first start in a World Cup 2019 qualifying match against Canada. Ryan is regarded as one of the best scrummagers in the United States and a hard-nosed, no-nonsense enforcer in the league.
